About the Event

The Kasey Obarski Invitational is an invitation-only golf tournament whose mission is to bring together a group of high-level professionals for a day of world-class golf to support the effort to cure cancer.

100% of all proceeds go to benefit this very important cause.
Last year, we raised over $300,000.

Established in 1904, East Lake is the oldest golf course in the city of Atlanta. Tom Bendelow was the original course architect however in 1913 the course was completely reworked by the classicist Donald Ross, whose layout survives as the basic design today.

Over the years, the golf course has hosted many golf tournaments including the 1950 U.S. Women’s Amateur, 1963 Ryder Cup, and 2001 U.S. Men’s Amateur. It is now the permanent home of the TOUR Championship, the culminating event of the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedEx Cup.

Kasey Obarski lost her courageous battle with cancer in 2015, but will forever live on in the hearts of her husband (TransPerfect Senior Vice President Kevin Obarski) their two daughters, Kasin and Karson, and all of us who knew her. We miss you, Kasey, and through this event that now carries your name, our goal is to contribute in every way we can to help find a cure for cancer.
